The Science of Your Trust Score
Your Trust Score is a dynamic value between 0.0 and 5.0. It is not a simple average of ratings. Instead, it is an intelligent, weighted calculation that looks at the overall health, authenticity, and freshness of your professional reputation.

Feedback has a "half-life." A positive review from yesterday carries significantly more weight than one from a year ago. This ensures your score reflects your current reliability.
2. Verification Weight
Not all reviews are equal. Ultra-Verified reviews (proximity-checked or QR code validated) are granted a 3x multiplier, making them the most powerful way to boost your score.
3. Source Authority
The reputation of the person reviewing you matters. Feedback from a high-status "Top Rated" user has a greater impact than feedback from a brand-new standard user.

Dispute Resolution & Fairness
Integrity is the cornerstone of Thula. If you believe a review is inaccurate, malicious, or violates our community guidelines, you can initiate our formal Dispute Resolution process.
1. File Your Challenge
Submit a dispute request directly from the review in question. You'll need to provide a clear explanation and attach any supporting transaction documents, message logs, or evidence.
2. Evidence Review
Our dedicated Mediation Team reviews the claims from both parties. We give the reviewer 7 days to respond to the challenge with their own supporting records before proceeding.
3. AI Dispute Analysis
The platform runs an automated dispute evaluation using advanced AI. It analyzes sentiment, checks cross-profile posting histories for patterns of fraud, and scores the consistency of statements to assist human mediators.
4. Fair Resolution
Based on the final evidence and AI checks, the human mediators deliver a binding decision: the review will either be upheld, modified, or completely removed from the ledger.
